FAQ's
We ship most products within 1-4 business days. After that, items takes to arrive:
USA: 2-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
These time frames are typical and sometimes local carrier issues can mean your item arrives a bit later than this.
2. What operator do you use?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local postman will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
3. I have not received my order?
Please contact our customer service team: info@butterflycrystal.com, indicating your order number in the confirmation email/SMS, we will help you track your order.
4. What about customs duties/taxes?
We do everything we can to help ensure your item arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
It is unusual for orders of 1 or 2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no duty-free threshold. If fees are collected by customs, these must be paid by the recipient.
5. What is your return policy?
Your happiness is our most important concern. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible. Please contact us: info@butterflycrystal.com
Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns on personalized and engraved products unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Please check your details before ordering. After 6 hours, your order has already been put into production and can no longer be modified or cancelled. Orders can be canceled within the first 6 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Please be sure to provide your order number and the modification you wish to make, and we will confirm once the modification has been made. 7. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's a problem with your order, if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or not exactly what you wanted, just let us know, send us a good photo, and we'll give you a
refund.
8. Do you offer changes?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you were hoping for, let us know, send us a photo, and we'll get you a new one
9. Does my item look different than the online listing?
This is a very rare occurrence. We do our best to accurately represent all designs and products, although some listings use realistic renderings rather than photographs to show what the item will look like. This allows our sellers to create many different products with their artwork, without the need to make and photograph thousands of products a day.
You may have an item that shows a defect, please take some photos, and send them to our customer service team for review, along with your Order ID.
